Founded in 2002 in Madurai, South India, Sudar Foundation provides scholarships and skill-based classes to women dedicated to higher education and careers.  A secular, non-political organization, Sudar admits women 18 to 28 years of age from underprivileged backgrounds.  Through Sudar’s one-year diploma program, students gain skills and confidence to set goals, participate in college classrooms, and discover their own talents.  Sudar is dedicated to their success.
