ZOE TIMMS, Director,US currently lives in Massachusetts and in India part of the year.  She first came to India in 1996 as a student and became interested in non-profit organizations and education. She returned in 2002 to Madurai to work for the University of Wisconsin-Madurai, College-Year-in-India program during which time she started Sudar Foundation.

A. VIJAYALAKSHMI, Program Director, Madurai, has worked in the field of non-profits for many years.  She received her Masters in Women's Studies.
